*restored php5.6 compatibility, updated php8.3 compatibility
*updated root/db/mysql4/5.php use wth php5.6
*updated root/db/mysqli.php to solve db already closed warnings use with php 5.6 tp php8x
*added pdo db method. root/db/pdo.php use with php8x
